The Master of Arts in International Business & Consulting - International Strategic Management at HWR Berlin is an English-taught, full-time postgraduate programme designed to prepare students for leadership roles in global corporate environments, management consulting firms, and international organizations.

The curriculum focuses on developing strategic, cross-functional competencies essential for managing international projects and guiding organizational change. Structurally, the course is delivered through interactive seminars that encourage close collaboration with faculty and peers, alongside a dedicated personal development module focused on self-reflection and professional competence.

The core academic framework is organized as follows:

• First and Second Semesters: Dedicated to foundational management theories, quantitative research methods, and advanced specializations in international strategic frameworks and consulting practices.
