University of Würzburg

The university is known for its academic reputation and research and has around 25,000 students, with more than 3,000 international students too . For the international students, including the Nepali ones, the university provides a wide range of bachelor and master programs, and for that, it is usually necessary to meet the academic requirements and provide test scores for the English or German language proficiency tests like IELTS or TOEFL and also apply through the uni-assist portal for a preliminary document check before applying for the university portal . The language of instruction for most of the programs is German, so it is usually necessary to have at least B1-B2 level German language proficiency, but there are some master programs that are taught in English too . For the Nepali students, the process is quite similar to the other international students too, and the only advantage for the Nepali and international students is that the university and the country charge minimal or no tuition fees at all , making it a good choice for the Nepali students who are academically qualified and ready to adapt to the new culture and language environment.
